High Reliability Maintenance with Triple-Stage Filtration
Production uptime is critical. Our triple-stage Flux Management System (FMS) actively extracts flux residues from the inlet, heating, and cooling zones. The cooling plates are coated with premium Teflon to prevent stickiness, allowing rapid tool-free maintenance.
- Triple-Stage Filtration: A comprehensive 3-step flux removal system covering the Inlet, Cooling, and Heating zones protects the process environment from contamination and flux residues.
- Teflon Quick-Change Plates: Cooling zone plates are treated with special Teflon coating to prevent adhesion, and the FMS filters are designed for tool-free, rapid replacement.

Teflon Coated Chamber
To eliminate the risk of flux sticking to the interior walls, the entire reflow chamber is structured with Teflon-coated stainless steel.
This advanced material engineering prevents flux condensation from adhering inside the chamber. Residues slide off the surface easily, facilitating faster cleaning, keeping the atmosphere pure, and ensuring zero-defect soldering results.
